R&L Associates, Ltd. CELEBRATES THEIR 32 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!

October 26, 1994, R&L Associates,Ltd. was founded by Leonard Rehner and Rochelle Schumer. We started in our 1 bedroom apartment with a landline and fax machine and The Directory of Executive Recruiters.  No cell phones and no Internet.

We've come a long way baby! (Virginia Slims slogan when TV was allowed to post cigarette ads).  We have seen a lot of changes in the Search Industry: P/E Investors, Search firms being acquired, the internet/technology/AI. However, what hasn't changed is the human element of what we do: building relationships, meeting people, making eye contact and evaluating that handshake.  Let's not forget, we are all about PEOPLE.

At R&L, we listen to our clients and we take our candidates' careers and work life balance very seriously. I love what I do!  Happy Anniversary R&L!
