Our firm, founded October 26, 1994 is excited about the 29 years we have shared with our candidates, our clients, and everyone we have had the pleasure of working with! We have seen a lot of changes over the years. We lost our CoFounder, Lenny Rehner, the inspiration for R&L and our beloved Lucy, the heart and soul of all of us. Most of all our heartfelt thanks to the wonderful people we have met and worked with and who have allowed us the honor to be an instrumental part of their careers.
