& L Associates Taps Recruiter for Horton
New York based
executive search firm R&L Associates has placed Karen Forray
as managing director of the fashion and beauty practice of Horton
International Executive Search in New York. Previously Ms. Forray
was managing director with Cook Associates, where her practice
was focused in the retail, wholesale and direct marketing industries.
"We at R&L are very excited about Karen starting up this
new industry practice for Horton International. She has been active
in search for over 20 years and brings formidable experience,
expertise and management skills to strengthen the Horton brand,"
said Rochelle Schumer, CEO and founder of search industry recruiters
R&L Associates, who led the search assignment.
