Associates, Leaders in Executive Search, Places Sr. Client Partner
at Korn/Ferry International
New York based executive search firm
R&L Associates has placed Michael Magsig as Sr. Client Partner
in the New York office of Korn/Ferry International. Mr. Magsig
was a Partner in the NY office of Heidrick & Struggles specializing
in senior level projects in the Insurance Practice. Prior to joining
Heidrick & Struggles, Mr. Magsig spent more than thirty years
in the insurance industry. He served as Chairman, President and
Chief Executive Officer of The Cologne Life Reinsurance Company
for nearly 10 years. Mr. Magsig has served on several major industry
boards, including The American Council of Life Insurance, The
Health Insurance Association of America, and The Medical Information
Bureau. Previously, he was Vice President, Individual Life Reinsurance,
with Lincoln National Life Insurance Company, where he spent twenty
years. The search was conducted by Rochelle Schumer, CEO and founder
