Associates Places Head of Gilbert Tweed Associates' Alexandria,
VA Office
New York based
executive search firm R&L Associates has placed Melissa Henderson-Freeman
as managing director with Gilbert Tweed Associates and Joy Ruffin
as senior associate. Ms. Henderson will open and head up the firm's
new office in Alexandria. Previously Ms. Freeman was a member
of the technology and financial services practice with Russell
Reynolds Associates where her practice was focused on the recruitment
of executives in the cross-section of financial services and technology.
The search was conducted by Rochelle Schumer, CEO and founder
of search industry recruiters R&L Associates. "Establishing
a new office in a new geographical region for our client is one
of the traditional accomplishments of our firm," said Ms.
Schumer. R&L Associates was founded in 1994 and specializes
in recruiting for the search industry and corporate HR.
