Associates Places Managing Director at Gilbert Tweed Associates
New
York based executive search firm R&L Associates has placed
Ira Shapiro as managing director to head up Gilbert Tweed's healthcare
practice in New York. Previously, Mr. Shapiro was the founder
and CEO of New World Healthcare Solutions a firm specializing
in healthcare, insurance, managed care and patient safety. The
search was conducted by Rochelle Schumer, CEO and founder of search
industry recruiters R&L Associates. Gilbert Tweed Associates
was founded in 1972 and recruits senior-level management for a
wide array of industries, including investment banking, capital
markets, asset management and the government sector.
