Associates Completes Search for American Home Mortgage
New
York based executive search firm R&L Associates has placed
Ray Palen with American Home Mortgage, a $6 billion real estate
investment trust, as assistant vice president and senior recruiter
in their newly established retail mortgage banking recruiting
division. Mr. Palen joins the newly formed in-house recruiting
group for the Retail Mortgage Banking Division. Mr. Palen brings
20 years corporate recruiting experience. The search was conducted
by Rochelle Schumer, CEO and founder of R&L Associates. R&L
Associates was founded in 1994 and specializes in recruiting for
the search industry and corporate HR.
