R&L Associates Places Senior
Partner/Managing Director at Nosal Partners - NYC
R&L Associates, specialists in placing
executive search professionals, announced today the placement of
Noboru Kobayashi as Senior Partner with Nosal Partners’ New York
office..
Mr. Kobayashi will focus on senior level assignments in the
financial services industry.
The search was conducted by Rochelle Schumer,
President of R&L Associates, founded in 1994 and specializing in
the placement of executive search professionals and human resource
managers. "We are extremely proud to represent Nosal Partners in
the marketplace and to be part of their growth strategy,"
commented Ms. Schumer.
Before joining Nosal Partners, Mr. Kobayashi served
as Managing Director of Financial Services and Japanese Business
in the New York office of Columbia Consulting Group. He was
previously Managing Director of the Japanese Business Practice at
Drum Associates, Inc. in New York.
Mr. Kobayashi, prior to executive search, worked
for over 20 years with the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi in the
following positions: Deputy General Manager, European Credit
Division; Senior Vice President & Group Head, Human Resources and
General Affairs Group in the Americas; Senior Vice President and
Deputy General Manager, Chicago Branch; and Vice President,
Corporate Banking Division, Head Office.
Mr. Kobayashi graduated from Keio University in
Tokyo with a B.A. in Economics, and holds an M.B.A. from New York
University’s Stern School of Business.
