the placement of Jim Myhre as Managing Director with Gilbert Tweed
Associates
Based in their Boston office, Mr.
Myhre's focus is in Medical Devices.
For 8 years Jim served as
Vice-President of Sales at $700MM Smith and Nephew Endoscopy of
Andover, Ma, where he directed and managed field sales policy,
operations, training, communications and compensation for their
185-person national and international sales team. He also has
start-up experience, having directed a newly-created surgical
laser team to $50mm in sales while Vice-President, Sales at
Dornier/MBB of Atlanta.
For the past 8 years, Jim has
served as Vice President of the Cassie-Shipherd Group, a Retained
Executive Search Firm specializing in the Medical
Device/Healthcare Sector. The Company’s top performer, Jim placed
over 30 top executives including CEO, CFO, VP Sales, Marketing,
Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations and Finance.
